Our Story
It began with showing up.
Long before Humanly had a name, its founding team had been supporting individuals, responding to difficult circumstances, participating in community initiatives and helping people connect with the institutions and assistance they needed.
Much of this work happened personally and informally — one person, one circumstance and one act of service at a time.
Humanly brings these individual journeys together within a shared platform and opens the opportunity to participate to a much larger community.
What began through individual acts of service is now ready to grow through the actions of many.

Leadership
Built on years of community service.
At the heart of Humanly's journey is Girish Pant, President of Humanly, whose community service in the UAE spans more than 15 years.
His work has supported thousands of distressed expatriates, workers, stranded seafarers, victims of job scams and human trafficking, and individuals navigating immigration, documentation and repatriation challenges.
Working alongside government authorities, police, immigration departments, diplomatic missions and community organisations, Girish has helped people find pathways through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
In 2019, he received the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman, the highest honour conferred by the Government of India upon overseas Indians, in recognition of his contribution.
